Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 25, 2026
This page explains what information Clarity Collective collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We aim for plain English over legalese — if anything is unclear, please email Sue@ClarityCollective.guide.
Who this applies to
This policy applies to visitors and clients of claritycollective.guide and to the coaching services provided by Clarity Collective ("we," "us," or "our").
What we collect
We collect information you choose to give us, plus a small amount of technical data your browser sends automatically.
Information you provide:
- Name and email address (booking, contact forms, newsletter, account sign-in).
- Phone number, if you choose to share it.
- Booking details (the time you pick, your event type, any notes you add).
- Intake or questionnaire answers, including career goals or professional background you voluntarily submit.
- Payment-related details processed by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers ourselves).
- Newsletter sign-up information.
- Messages you send through contact or support forms.
Information collected automatically:
- Device, browser, and approximate location data your browser sends to our hosting and analytics providers.
- Cookies and similar technologies used for sign-in, basic analytics, and remembering preferences.
Why we collect it
- To provide coaching services and respond to inquiries.
- To schedule, deliver, and follow up on consultations and sessions.
- To process payments and provide receipts.
- To send the resources, newsletters, and updates you ask for.
- To improve the website and the way we serve clients.
- To keep records and comply with our legal obligations.
Third-party tools that help us
We use trusted third-party services to run the site and the business. These companies see only the data they need to do their job, and each has its own privacy policy. This includes our booking provider (Cal.com), payment processor (Stripe), email marketing provider (Kit), hosting (Vercel), authentication (Supabase), and session-notes tool (Fathom) when used. We will tell you before recording any session.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not rent or trade subscriber lists.
- We do not share booking notes or intake answers with anyone outside the people directly delivering your coaching.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand which pages are useful. Analytics data is aggregated and not used to build advertising profiles. You can clear cookies or use private browsing at any time; some features (like staying signed in) depend on them.
Email marketing and unsubscribing
You only receive marketing email if you opt in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email Sue@ClarityCollective.guide to be removed. Transactional messages (booking confirmations, receipts) are not marketing and may continue while your account or booking is active.
How long we keep things
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, plus a reasonable period for record-keeping, tax, and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the information we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or opt out of marketing. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To exercise any of these rights, email Sue@ClarityCollective.guide and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children's privacy
This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we coach a minor, written consent from a parent or guardian is required before any intake form or session.
Security
We use reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect the information you share with us. No online system can be 100% secure; please use a strong password and tell us right away if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
Changes to this policy
When we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let active subscribers know.
