What is coaching at Clarity Collective?
It's a structured, supportive partnership to help you get unstuck and find direction. We work through where you are, what matters to you, and the next honest step, using reflection, planning, and accountability. It's about building clarity, not handing you a script.
Is the discovery call really free?
Yes. The 20-minute discovery call is free and no-pressure. It's a chance to talk through what you're navigating and see whether working together feels right. There's no obligation to book anything afterward.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching is forward-looking support for goals, decisions, and direction. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical, legal, financial, or HR advice. If you're in crisis, please contact emergency services or a licensed mental-health professional (in the U.S., call or text 988).
Can you guarantee I'll get a job or promotion?
No, and we'd be wary of anyone who does. Coaching gives you structure, perspective, and momentum, but results depend on your effort, your situation, and the market. What we can promise is a thoughtful partner who's genuinely in your corner.
Sessions & booking
How do sessions work?
Sessions are one-on-one and held over video. You can book a single session or a package, and many clients add light reflection or prep between calls. We'll agree on a focus together so each session moves you forward.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your session. Late changes may be counted as a used session, and no-shows are generally non-refundable. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full details.
Payments & refunds
Do you offer refunds?
Completed sessions aren't refundable, but unused sessions in a package are reviewed case by case. Digital downloads are generally non-refundable once accessed. If something unexpected comes up, reach out and we'll consider it in good faith. Full details are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Privacy & data
How is my information handled?
Your details and anything you share in intake or sessions stay private and are used only to deliver your coaching. We don't sell your information. You can request access, correction, or deletion any time. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
